Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return your order you can do so within 28 days of receipt for a refund. 

Please note monogrammed items/products are non returnable.

To make a return request or if there is an issue with your order please email us at info@kamelyaliving.com with the below information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Item details, including, colour, size if applicable

We will contact you within 48hrs via the same method. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please kindly note - returns are not pre-paid and are at your own expense and responsibility. Returns must be returned using Royal Mail only, alternative shipping companies will not be able to deliver your return to our returns address. We recommend that you use a secure, trackable insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which can be found at your local Post Office.

Further Information 

To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or monogrammed items. 

Damages and issues
Please contact us if the item you have received is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item to allow us to correct the issue accordingly.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a replacement item please return your original order using our returns process, and then repurchase the correct item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. Once approved, the amount you paid excluding shipping fees will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear back onto your method of payment.
