31 Day Wellness Challenge

Happy Global Wellness Day!

Founded by Belgin Aksoy, Global Wellness Day is an entirely not-for-profit day which is an international social project dedicated to living well. The fundamental purpose of the day is to make us aware of the value of our lives. Even if it’s for one day of the year, to make us stop and think, to get away from the stress and our bad habits, and thereby find peace within ourselves. Founded in Turkey, Global Wellness Day celebrates its 11th year and is now an international celebration.

KAMELYA was founded on an ethos to create a beautiful life through small moments of wellness. We believe wellness is a way of living, from talking to ourselves with kindness, moving our bodies, nurturing our mind, enjoying the small moments, creating positive rituals to surrounding ourselves with our loved ones.

We’re so excited to be celebrating Global Wellness Day, use this day as your sign to reflect and implement more wellness into your everyday living. Make it your daily ritual to ask yourself, what can I do today for my mind, my body, my well-being?

31 Day Wellness Challenge

We’ve put together a 31 day Kamelya Wellness Challenge for inspiration to kick start your wellness journey. Use our list and tick off the activities when you’ve achieved them, once you’ve completed our challenge reflect on what wellness rituals you will be implementing into your everyday routine for happier living.

  • Start your day with a glass of hot water and lemon

  • Wake up early and enjoy a slower morning

  • Spend time outdoors

  • Catch up with a loved one

  • Create a vision board for what you want to manifest into your life. For inspiration visit our post here

  • Buy yourself some flowers and enjoy the process of putting them in a vase and watching them bloom

  • Move your body doing something you enjoy like walking, yoga, workout etc.

  • Organise and refresh your home

  • Check in with yourself, how are you feeling? What are you needing more or less of in your life?

  • Remain present and notice the small beautiful things throughout your day, are the birds singing? Is the sun shining?

  • Light a candle and relax before bed with a good book

  • Replace each negative thought with a thought of something that makes you happy

  • Do something different, plan a picnic, visit a gallery, enjoy an alfresco breakfast

  • Make a list of your goals and how to achieve them

  • Say 3 positive affirmations when you wake up

  • Celebrate a small achievement
