  • When did you launch? Our dreams for Kamelya began many years ago, making them a reality with the launch of our online store in Summer 2021.

  • Do you deliver outside of the UK? Yes! We're so excited to be able to reach you around the world with our international shipping. Please see where we ship to here.
  • Do you offer next day delivery? We are unable to offer next day delivery at this time, however if you live in the UK and have a special occasion or date you wish to meet for your order please get in touch via email and we’ll try our very best to accommodate. 


  • Can I return or exchange an item? We do not accept exchanges however you can return your item for a full refund within 28 days of ordering providing it has been unused, in its original packaging and meets our return standards. Monogrammed items are non returnable. See more and how to make a return here.
  • Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed? If you have made an error please email us as soon as possible after placing your order at info@kamelyaliving.com however we cannot guarantee changes will be possible. If you wish to make a return please see here. Please note monogrammed items cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended from the moment the order is placed as they are bespoke items personalised for you.
  • Will I receive a confirmation email when I place an order? You will receive an automated confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order, don’t forget to check your junk mail if it hasn’t reached your inbox. If it hasn’t reached you within 24 hours or you’re having any problems please contact us at info@kamelyaliving.com

  • Is your site secure? Our site has an SSL certificate, which is shown on your browser by a padlock in the header, often next to the URL address. This encrypts the data you may provide to us, such as payment details.

  • Can I return a monogrammed item? We do not accept returns, cancellations or amendments on any monogrammed item from the moment the order is placed as they are bespoke items personalised for you. 
  • How long do monogrammed items take for delivery? Please allow 2-5 working days from date of order for monogrammed items (excluding delivery timescales). This timescale may be extended for large orders or during busy periods. 
  • What items can be monogrammed? Mirage & Mirage Midi Robes, Bespoke Monogram Napkins, Velvet Bows

  • What does GSM mean? GSM stands for Grams per Square Metre. This measures the metric weight of the fabric.
  • What GSM are the Mirage & Mirage Midi Robes? Our robes are 450gsm.
